Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. If there's an issue with your payment or address, we'll email you before shipping.

Shipping Time

US orders take 8–15 business days. Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues outside our control.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, contact us at info@hetkiwellness.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we can't cancel it — you'll need to request a return instead.
